Online Coaching

I will create a 12 weeks exercise and a diet plan for you to follow based on your abilities, your fitness levels and your fitness goals. We will adapt to the equipment available you have at home but if no equipment, no biggie, we will do body work exercises. There is no limit in what we can achieve together!

Private Training

Whether you’re training to lose weight or just want to trim and tone, my program will help improve your fitness and have you feeling great. You’ll see an improvement in your performance and well-being in no time. I will bring all the equipment over to your home, outside your office, or in a park nearby. Let’s do this!

Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up.
