Welcome to my website. My name is Alex and I am a qualified Personal Trainer and I also have have a degree in Sport Science and Exercise. I have over 5 years experience in health and exercise. I love training myself, mainly playing football but weights also. Is really important to do what you love, only this way you can be consistent and be 100% into it. 


 No matter what your goals are together we will achieve them. I will make training fun but demanding at the same time. No training session will be the same. We can do circuit training, kettle-bells training, endurance and muscle training.

Exercise is really important but diet is also because gaining muscle or losing fat is  done in the kitchen. I will be looking at your diet and give you advice on what you should eat to reach your goals.  

We can exercise in a park near where you live or in your own garden if that's more convenient for you.  

We can also train via zoom or teams. 

I will also create personalised fitness plans based on your own fitness levels, limitations, preference and injuries.


Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.


I firmly believe in the positive benefits fitness brings to all areas of our lives.
